These terms explain buying tea and table pieces from Tasteodi. The listing identifies the item and purchase unit; checkout shows the order total; our shipping and refund pages explain delivery and after-sale steps. They do not take away consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Using the storefront
You may browse for lawful personal shopping and provide accurate information when you order or contact us. Do not interfere with site operation, misuse another person's information, or submit fraudulent transactions. We may restrict activity that threatens the store or other users, subject to applicable law. Site availability can vary; a technical error does not by itself create an accepted order.
Product information and selection
We offer cups, teapots, infusers, canisters, trays, and related pieces. Read the exact listing for the selected option, capacity, dimensions, material description, price, and what is included. Styled images may show more than the purchased unit. Approximate dimensions and inferred materials are identified as estimates or inferences, not lab-verified specifications. Do not assume an item is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, leakproof, or suitable for a specific food-contact use unless its listing states a supported claim. Ask us before purchase if a characteristic is essential.
Orders, prices, and taxes
Product prices and the checkout total are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax is presented before submission; free Standard shipping applies in the stated U.S. service area. An order is subject to acceptance, inventory, address eligibility, and available payment. If a listing or price contains an error, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation rather than silently change an accepted order. We do not automatically substitute a color, size, or item.
Payment and account safety
Only methods shown for a specific order at checkout are available. Shopify Payments was not active at the last verified account check, and footer logos do not promise a usable method. A provider may authorize or decline a payment and may conduct fraud checks. We never require off-site personal transfer or cryptocurrency for an order. Delivery and cancellation
We ship within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with free Standard shipping and no minimum order. Estimated handling is 1–2 business days, transit 2–4 business days after dispatch, and total delivery 3–6 business days; business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Estimates are not guarantees. If dispatch is delayed, you may accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. See the Shipping Policy for address and tracking details.
Returns and remedies
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved eligible returns use our prepaid label, with no restocking fee; we do not offer direct exchanges. The Refund Policy sets out eligibility, damage and missing-item support, and refund timing. Applicable rights for defective, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming goods remain available even if a term here is narrower.
Content and third parties
Tasteodi text, photography, design, and site elements may be protected by intellectual property rights. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; listing a product does not claim affiliation or endorsement. Shopify, payment services, delivery services, Google Maps, and linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not transfer our duties as the product seller.
Responsibility and legal rights
We aim to keep the storefront accurate and functioning, but temporary interruptions or typographical errors can occur. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, an express product promise, or a non-waivable consumer remedy. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or assert an unverified exclusive court or corporate registration in these terms.
Changes and questions
Relevant U.S. federal and state law applies to transactions and protected consumer rights. We may update these terms with a new date, but an update does not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order.
